Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing and using the flavorfete.store website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, which govern all transactions related to our premium dry fruit products.


1. Product Quality and Guarantee

A. Premium Quality Assurance

Flavor Fete guarantees that all dry fruits sold are of premium, high-quality grade, sourced and packaged for maximum freshness. However, since dry fruits are natural products:

  • Natural Variation: Slight variations in size, color, or flavor are natural and are not considered defects.
  • Storage Responsibility: Once the package is delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper storage to maintain freshness (e.g., airtight containers, cool, dry place). We are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.

B. Allergens

While we take care in packaging, our products may be processed in facilities that handle common allergens, including other nuts, seeds, and grains. Customers with severe allergies consume our products at their own risk.


2. Order, Payment, and Pricing

A. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product and to discontinue any item at our discretion.

B. Cash on Delivery (COD)

By selecting COD, you agree to pay the full invoice amount in cash to the courier agent upon delivery. Failure to accept or pay for a COD order may result in your account being restricted from future COD services.

C. Order Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure your order quantity and variety are correct before confirming the purchase.


3. Shipping and Delivery

A. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays caused by courier services, national holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

B. Inspection on Arrival

Upon receiving your package, you must check the package seal and integrity immediately. If the outer packaging or the product seal is clearly broken or tampered with, you should refuse the shipment or note the damage on the courier receipt.

C. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.


4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds (Hygiene Policy)

Due to the nature of food products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy:

A. Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item shipped).

  • The request must be made within [48 hours] of receiving your order.
  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

B. Non-Returnable Items

For public health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for dry fruit packages that have been opened, consumed, or had their protective seal broken, unless they are proven defective upon opening. We do not accept returns based on personal taste or preference.

C. Refunds

Refunds for eligible, verified damages will be processed within [7-14] business days after approval.


5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including product photos, descriptions, graphics, and the name Flavor Fete, is the intellectual property of Flavor Fete and is protected by law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our written permission.


6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.
